One of my clients is using Lotus Notes email. When I reply to her emails (via Lotus Notes), I get it returned with the following error:
"Error transferring to spool01.netconnect.CO.ZA; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 511 sorry, recipient address has invalid format (#5.1.1 - chkuser)"
The SendTo address, when I reply, is formatted <CN=Name_Surname/O=Domain@wherever.co.za>. I have to then resend it, manually fixing the address to her Internet email address.
Her details are correct in the company's name and address book, with all relevant aliases and an Internet email address entered correctly.
This also happens when other people reply to her emails via Lotus Notes, externally. There are no problems when people reply to her from Outlook or an Internet mail account.
We have corresponded for years without problems. We're not sure what has changed on either side to suddenly cause this. Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks.
